Yusa Masami (遊佐 雅美) is a lifesaver and a three-time World Beach Flags Champion. She has competed 8 times. She made her debut in SASUKE 6 and failed the first obstacle, the Maruta Nobori after she failed to climb the barrels. In SASUKE 7, she cleared her previous nemesis, the Maruta Nobori easily, she then impressed many after clearing the Rolling Maruta. On the Yureru Hashi she tipped it too far to the right and almost failed but landed at the end safely. On the Jump Hang she didnt jump far enough and fell in the water. In SASUKE 8, she failed the Godantobi when she jumped off course. She didn't participate in the next tournament. In SASUKE 10, she stumbled on the Daasu Bridge, but recovered. But she failed the Jump Hang. After two hesitations, she finally jumped on the trampoline, she had good distance but not enough height and fell in the water. In the next tournament she failed the Rolling Maruta like Mizuno Yuko and Hibari. In the next tournament her run was cut, so it is unknown where she failed.

In the SASUKE 13 Trials, she became the second woman (following Hibari) to ever beat the Jump Hang, although she eventually timed out there. During the actual competition, she was able to grab onto the redesigned Jump Hang but she misjudged her jump, slammed into the platform, and fell into the water. She got her revenge however in SASUKE 14. She became the second woman (after Hibari) to beat the Jump Hang and the first woman to clear the Neshireta Kabe in competition, but reached the Soritatsu Kabe just as time expired.

She has also competed in KUNOICHI, SASUKE's all-female spin-off. During her Kunoichi run, Yusa was one of the strongest competitors in the early tournaments. She was one of only two to clear the First Stage in KUNOICHI 1 and only one of three to clear in KUNOICHI 2. However, both times she failed the first obstacle, the Super Jump. In KUNOICHI 3, she shocked many by failing the first obstacle, the Buyoishi. In KUNOICHI 4 and KUNOICHI 5, she failed the Windmill Cross. She has not competed since.
