Yoshida Saori (吉田 沙保里), is a former Japanese Olympic fresstyle wrestler, who now works as a Wrestling coach and Sports scientist, who who has only participated in KUNOICHI 2004 and managed to reach the Third Stage on her newcomer performance in said KUNOICHI tournament, failing the Tourenban. But despite that particular success, Yoshida Saori has not participated in KUNOICHI since that tournament, which makes her one of the many one-time KUNOICHI participants, who managed to get very far into the course on their sole performance.
KUNOICHI[]
KUNOICHI 2004[]
Yoshida Saori's only performance in KUNOICHI was in KUNOICHI 2004, in which she received #81. In the First Stage (1st STAGE), Yoshida Saori used her powerful body to quickly pass the First Stage without any trouble, and cleared the stage with almost 20 seconds remaining on the clock. She then had an impressive run on the Second Stage (2nd STAGE), despite that fact that she stumbled on the Sanrentobi and at the end of the Kaiten Tsutsu, and managed to clear the stage with a little over 5 seconds remaining on the clock, continuing her newcomer performance, advancing to the Third Stage (3rd STAGE). In the Third Stage, she first powered her way past the Nirenbou without any problem, but as she stepped onto the Tourenban she made the foam dominos shake from the second she started to attempt the obstacle, but she still managed to maintain her balance at first. However as she reached the Red Zone, she lost her balance and sadly used her hands on the first domino of the Red Zone to support herself (like Yamada Miho did on the Green Zone in the same tournament) and got eliminated, ending her impressive newcomer performance. But despite this performance, Yoshida never returned to KUNOICHI since.
