Yancey Quezada is an EMT from Lyndhurst, New Jersey who has competed in five consecutive seasons of American Ninja Warrior.

American Ninja Warrior 5[]

He first competed in Baltimore on American Ninja Warrior 5. His run in qualifying was digested, but it was shown that he failed Swing Jump, not advancing to the city finals.

American Ninja Warrior 6[]

He competed in Denver on American Ninja Warrior 6, as a walk-on this time around. His run in qualifying was all cut, but he completed the course this time around, placing 9th. In the city finals, his run was digested, but it was shown that he failed the jump to the spikes on the modified Spikes into Cargo, not advancing to the Las Vegas national finals.

American Ninja Warrior 7[]

He returned for American Ninja Warrior 7 in Pittsburgh. His run in qualifying was all cut, but was one of the fifty competitors to fail Snake Crossing.

American Ninja Warrior 8[]

He returned to compete in Philadelphia on American Ninja Warrior 8, as a walk-on again. His run in qualifying was all cut, but he was one of the many competitors to fail the Rolling Thunder. Luckily, his time was fast enough to advance to the city finals as he placed 19th. In the city finals, his run was digested, but it was shown that he was dressed up in a Hawaiian outfit, and he got revenge on the Rolling Thunder, but he was the only one that round to fail the Salmon Ladder. Since 15 competitors had completed the obstacle, it was not good enough to advance to the Las Vegas national finals, missing the Top 15 by one spot. It is unknown if his pace would have gotten him into the Top 15 had he completed the obstacle.

American Ninja Warrior 9[]

He returned to compete in Denver as a walk-on again on American Ninja Warrior 9. His run in qualifying was all cut, but he failed the Rail Runner. His time was fast enough for him to advance to the city finals as he placed 15th. In the city finals, his run was digested, but he managed to get revenge on both the Rail Runner and the Salmon Ladder, but was one of the many competitors that failed The Wedge. Luckily, his time to that point placed him 12th and was good enough to earn him his first trip to the Las Vegas national finals. On a side note, he was shown to be emotional after having been broken the news to in his post-his run interview.

His run on Stage One was digested, but it was shown that he was one of many to fail the Double Dipper.

He has not competed since. He did try to apply for American Ninja Warrior 10 and American Ninja Warrior 11, but was not selected. He also tried to walk on in Minneapolis for American Ninja Warrior 10 and Seattle-Tacoma for American Ninja Warrior 11, but was not successful, although he was a tester for the latter.
