Yamamoto Keitaro (山本桂太朗) is Unlimited Cliffer No. 5 and has competed on SASUKE five times. He holds the record of clearing Muscle Park in just under 26 seconds.

In the Trials at Muscle Park, he won a spot in SASUKE 20 and was the only cliffer to do so (even though Matsuda Tsuyoshi also competed in the tournament). During SASUKE 20, he made it through the first three obstacles and sized up the Jumping Spider only to fail after getting onto the walls.

He also competed in the SASUKE 21 Trials but timed out on the Sandbag Lift. He has also competed in the SASUKE 22 Trials and SASUKE 23 Trials, failing to complete the 800m race in time and failing to hold onto the bar the longest respectively.

Yamamoto returned to SASUKE in SASUKE 29 with the #91. There, he was able to clear the First Stage. However in the Second Stage, he timed out on the Backstream like many that day.

He competed in the SASUKE 33 Trials but was ultimately not selected to compete.

He returned once more in SASUKE 34 after a 4 tournament absence wearing #74. In the tournament, he cleared the First Stage again, but in the Second Stage he failed the Reverse Conveyor, making it to the belt and falling off immediately after his time ran out. Though his run was digested, it was evident that he had struggled with the Backstream due to his low time after clearing it.

In SASUKE 35, he wore #89 and was able to pass the First Stage with 5 seconds remaining. However, in the Second Stage, he slipped on the Spider Drop, and failed it, becoming the first to do so.

In SASUKE 36 he wore his highest number to date, #93. His First Stage run was digested but he cleared the stage was 12 seconds left. His Second Stage run was also digested, but it was shown that he timed out on the Wall Lifting on the third wall. He is currently the only competitor to have failed the Second Stage four consecutive times.

In SASUKE 37, he wore #90 and it looked like he was gonna clear the first stage for the fourth straight time. But surprisingly, he ended up timing out on the Soritatsu Kabe, possibly due to the bad weather. As such, his failed stage 1 for the first time since his debut in SASUKE 20.

He has also competed in VIKING 2, failing the Cannonball.
