Will Roberts is a personal trainer and former pro hockey player who competed in three seasons of American Ninja Warrior.

American Ninja Warrior 3[]

Roberts debuted at the Venice Qualifiers and was all cut. He cleared the qualifiers on his first try, but due to his slower approach through the course he did not have a time fast enough for the Semi-Finals.

American Ninja Warrior 4[]

Roberts returned for season four and competed in the Southwest region. In qualifying his run was digested. Roberts had cleared the qualifiers for a second year in a row with this time being enough for the City Finals. He cleared in 1:32:05, which was good enough for 21st overall.

Roberts received a fully televised run during the Regional Finals. Not only that, but he also became the first competitor to ever have their run published to the official ANW YouTube channel. During the taping there had been debate over competitors "butt-scooching" across the Spinning Log in fear of failure. Several competitors thought completing the obstacle in this way was contradictory to the spirit of Sasuke. Will Roberts was among them, so he tried to dash across the Spinning Log at full speed. This did not work out for him.

American Ninja Warrior 5[]

After his early exit to a balance obstacle the previous year, Roberts made one last attempt at the show. He appeared at the Venice Qualifiers where his run was digested. Roberts had gotten faster since the previous season so that when he did fail the Flying Nunchucks, he was still locked into the City Finals, placing 29th overall.

Since the City Finals removed the Flying Nunchucks, Roberts could sigh in relief and focus on completing the course. Roberts' run was digested again and he had gotten to the back half of the course. This would be his first time attempting a Salmon Ladder, which had drained him of most his energy. By the time Roberts had gotten to the Rope Maze he was absolutely spent and fell. He grabbed the final spot in Vegas, placing 15th overall.

In Vegas Roberts' Stage One run was digested. Roberts' was one of the numerous competitors to fall victim to the Jumping Spider that night. This would be his final run to date.
