West Coast Warriors (formerly known as Flowmingo) are a team on American Ninja Warrior's team ninja competition franchise. Team members have included captain Alan Connealy, JB Douglas, Luci Romberg, and Lindsay Eskildsen.
Team Ninja Warrior 2[]
The team originally made its debut as Flowmingo on Team Ninja Warrior 2, naming themselves after the pink flamingo, but changing the fla- to flow-, indicating that this team has the flow. After being named a captain, Alan Connealy recruited Luci Romberg, his former teammate from season 1's ExpendaBulls, as well as JB Douglas.
They ran in episode 5, taking on Joe Moravsky's Storm Team in Round 1.
- In the first race, both Luci and Allyssa Beird fell at the Ring of Fire. Luci, however, got the point for being the first to reach the obstacle.
- Captain Alan Connealy ran in the second race and he was able to defeat Josh Levin.
- JB took on the Anchor Run, demanding that he went up against Joe Moravsky. However, JB got more than what he bargained for, falling at the Ring of Fire.
- With the score tied, JB got a rematch with Moravsky on the sudden death race. Both of them finished and hit the buzzer nearly at the same time. After an instant replay, it was determined that Joe hit the buzzer a good second before JB.
Therefore, Flowmingo lost round 1 and got put in the loser's bracket against Karsten's Fast Kats in Round 2. Douglas, Romberg, and Connealy all lost their races, resulting in Flowmingo's elimination.
American Ninja Warrior: Ninja Vs. Ninja[]
Alan Connealy regrouped the team for the spin off Ninja Vs. Ninja, where Lindsay Eskildsen replaced Luci Romberg from the previous season. The team first competed in Episode 1 against Team Ronin.
- JB lost the first race against JJ Woods.
- Lindsay fell on the Flying Shelf Grab and lost the second race against Meagan Martin.
- Alan lost the third race against Flip Rodriguez after falling on the Criss Cross Ring Toss and the team was eliminated from the competition.
