American Ninja Warrior 8's Wall Flip in Stage Two

The Wall Flip is an obstacle, firstly introduced as the sixth and final obstacle on American Ninja Warrior 8 in Stage Two, replacing the Wall Lift from the past four American Ninja Warrior seasons.

Competitors must lift and flip over three Plexiglas-made walls that weigh 95 lbs, 115 lbs, and 135 lbs (roughly 43.08kg, 52.15kg, and 61.22kg) respectively, and then climb up a small wall to reach the buzzer. In its first appearance, only two competitors (Drew Drechsel and Daniel Gil) could reach and complete this obstacle within the time limit, and advanced to Stage Three.

American Ninja Warrior 9's Wall Flip in Stage Two

The Wall Flip returned as the sixth and final obstacle in Stage Two on American Ninja Warrior 9. However, the walls' weight was increased to 100 lbs, 125 lbs, and 150 lbs (roughly 45.35kg, 56.69kg, and 68.03kg) respectively. Only three competitors (Sean Bryan, Najee Richardson, and Joe Moravsky) could reach and complete this obstacle within the time limit, and advanced to Stage Three.

On American Ninja Warrior 10, the obstacle was replace by the Water Walls, which was the first underwater obstacle on American Ninja Warrior.
