Tsutsumi Kentaro was a construction worker who competed in SASUKE 17 after placing 2nd to Yoneda Yusuke in the construction worker preliminaries. He easily survived the Sandan Rolling Log but didn't jump high enough off the Springboard on the Circle Slider and only touched the ring with his fingertips before plummeting to the water.
