True Becker is a college student from Connecticut, who first competed in American Ninja Warrior 13.
American Ninja Warrior[]
American Ninja Warrior 13[]
In the qualifiers at Tacoma his run was digested but he had a very strong run and only fell when it came down to V Formation where he placed ninth and he moved on to the semifinals. During the second round of the semifinals, Becker had no issues working his way through the first half of the course. Unlike so many before him, Becker worked his way past Padlock (ensuring his spot in Vegas) and called his shot to the buzzer and with the Tufts University Mascot Jumbo the Elephant looking on, Becker hit the buzzer, and he placed fourth to move on to the finals, but in Stage One, he was really solid until it came as a big shock when True fell on the fifth obstacle Tire Run to end his season.
Ninja Warrior France: Clash of Nations[]
After missing the previous season of American Ninja Warrior, he was announced to be competing on Ninja Warrior France: Clash of Nations for Team USA in June 28th, 2023. He firstly competed on Stage One in the second heat where despite he had never faced any of the obstacles before, he was able to become the first from Team USA to beat the course with 33 seconds left on the clock and the third to do so during the special. At the end of Stage One, Team USA had the lead with twenty eight points advancing them to Stage Two. On Stage Two, he was the tenth runner and he was able to beat the course with just over a minute on the clock which gave him the fastest time out of everyone who did so getting ten points which helped advance Team USA to Stage Three. On Stage Three, True was able to beat the course with one of the fastest times with just under a minute which gave him the second fastest time out of the six who qualified for the Final Stage (the Tour des Héro) along with fellow Team USA member, Kevin Carbone, where he was able to beat the Final Stage with a time of just under thirty seconds which wasn't fast enough to win the competition and Team USA placed in 3rd at the end of the night.
He wasn't chosen to compete American Ninja Warrior 14 after applying, but he did test the courses and missed the next two seasons due to the filming of Ninja Warrior France: Clash of Nations, but he is set to return in American Ninja Warrior 17, alongside his brother Tate.
