Adam Rayl Sends Tri-Hands To The Playoffs (S1 E9) - American Ninja Warrior- Ninja Vs. Ninja
Tri Hards made their first appearance in American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja, with Sean recruiting Adam Rayl and Rebekah Bonilla for the roster. They first competed in Episode 9 and went up against the Hazard Brigade in Round 1. Sean fell on the Flying Monkey Bars and lost the first race against Mike Bernardo. Rebekah fell on the Flying Monkey Bars but still won the second race as Grace Sims fell on the Floating Tiles. Adam fell on the Flying Monkey Bars and lost the third race against Michael Needham. But Tri Hards won back-to-back relays and they moved on to Round 2 where they went up against the Wisco Warriors. Sean fell on the Flying Monkey bars again and lost the first race against Drew Knapp. The next two races were nearly identical as Rebekah and Sara Heesen both fell on the Flying Monkey Bars, but Rebekah was the first to reach the obstacle therefore, she won the second race. Then Adam Rayl and Andrew Philibeck both fell on the Flying Monkey Bars, but Adam was the first to reach the obstacle therefore, he won the third race. The team then won the relay race that followed and they moved on to the playoffs.
The team competed in Episode 14 against the Lizard Kings in Round 1. Sean won the first race against Hunter Guerard. Rebekah won the second race against Sarah Schoback. But Adam lost the third race against Kyle Soderman. During the relay race that followed, both Sean and Kyle fell on the Floating Tiles, but Adam reached the buzzer at the end before Hunter. Going up against Party Time in round 2, Adam won the first race against Jake Murray. in the second race Rebekah fell on the dismount from the Rumbling Dice while Barclay Stockett fell on the Zig Zag Climb, therefore, Rebekah lost the race. Sean fell on the Zig Zag Climb, and lost the third race against Brian Arnold. But during the relay race, Sean just barely managed to get to the top of the Zig Zag Climb and hit the buzzer tying the score up 2-2. This forced a knockout relay where Sean was put on the second leg of the course and Rayl on the final leg. And yet, this didn't pay off as Adam fell on the Salmon Ladder and the Tri Hards got eliminated.
