The Final Sit-Up (ザ・ファイナルプッシュアップ) was an event introduced in the first Amateur Sportsman Tournament in 1st Amateur Sportsman No. 1.
The event itself involves competitors attempting to do as many sit-ups as possible following the beat of the taiko drum, trying to outlast one another.
During the 2nd Amateur Sportsman No. 1, the event was modified in which it now forces competitors to hook their legs in a platform that is on a 30-degree incline.
This event would only appear in two Amateur Sportsman Tournaments.
