The Bamba (ザ・バンバ) was the first event introduced in the first Pro Sportsman Tournament in Pro Sportsman No. 1 1995.
The event itself involves competitors pulling a rope that is connected to a heavy log, resting on a small sled, with the winning competitor advancing to the next round. These matches would occur until the final round to indicate the Winner of the Event. In addition, competitors must complete the track within two minutes, with failure to do so resulting in them being disqualified from the event.
As the rounds progress, the number of logs per sled would increase, which would also decrease the track length in which competitors must drag the log.
This event would only appear in one Sportsman Tournament.
