    • Final Relay Qualification
      • There were four teams remaining in the Final Relay Qualification.

      • The celebrity competitors on position two would start at obstacle 5 and would have to clear the next two obstacle before tagging the third competitor of their respective team.
      • The celebrity competitors on position three would start at obstacle 7 and would have to clear the final three obstacles of the course to hit the button at the end.
      • The winning team of each of two relay duels would advance to the Final Relay, while the two losing teams would be eliminated from the competition.
    • Final Relay
      • The Final Relay would be carried between the final two teams out as one direct relay duel on the same extended course, following the rules of the Final Relay Qualification
      • The winner of that duel would be crowned as the Daily Winner of the Team Ninja Warrior Germany: Celebrity Special.

Match 4
Let's Dance vs. **Jan Köppen

**Notable Occurence 2[]

Originally, Team Fußball-Legenden was supposed to compete here, but after Thomas Häßler and Mario Basler withdrew from the competition due to sustaining injuries in their Seeding Round duels and Yasmina Filali switched to Team Große Klappe, the team had to be dissolved. Instead, the Co-Host of Ninja Warrior Germany, Jan Köppen, decided to jump into the blank spot here and competed against all three members of Team Let's Dance. However, it was also decided that Team Let's Dance would advance to the Final Relay Qualification by default, so even if Jan Köppen would manage to win against the team, the team would not get eliminated from the competiton.
