Tada Tatsuya (多田 竜也) was born July 6, 1992 (age 31) and competed in SASUKE 17. He was all cut in his first appearance, but it is known he wore #39 almost cleared the First Stage in his rookie attempt at the age of 14. He timed out on the Rope Climb, the final obstacle of the First Stage that tournament. His run was shown in Sasuke 36 and 37.

In his next appearance in SASUKE 19, he was digested. He was shown to have failed the Jumping Spider when he didn't get far enough in the walls.
