TERU is a gymnast and former Muscle Musical member who completed in both SASUKE and VIKING. He was more successful in VIKING, as he was notable for being the only competitor to clear First Marine Stage in all VIKING tournaments, as well as being one of two competitors beside Bobby Ologun to complete on all four VIKING tournaments.

SASUKE and VIKING Career[]

He got the invitation to VIKING 1 due to his status as Muscle Musical member. in this tournament, he shown good performance as he become one of five competitors to clear First Marine Stage, doing so with 10.48 seconds left on the clock. However, due to the weight of the yoke on Galley (which was 35 kg), he couldn't hold it well and midway on the triangle rotator, he dropped the yoke to the water and this resulted him to be disqualified.

He was back with vengeance for VIKING 2 and once again shown solid performance, clearing First Marine Stage with 5.79 seconds left on the clock. Passing Brain Ship Stage perfectly after making zero mistakes, he beat Galley (which weight already toned down to 25 kg) that took him down and went on to clear the timed portion of Second Adventure Stage with 20.48 seconds left on the clock. However, Heartbreaker soon proved to be too powerful for him as he struggled to climb the obstacle. Arriving at the topmost plank, it was clear he was ran out of energy and eventually gave in, being the only victim of Heartbreaker.

He compete again in VIKING 3 and given the highest number in his career, #97. There, he went very fast, finishing third fastest in First Marine Stage, clearing the stage for the third time with 24.75 seconds. However, soon enough his fast approach backfired him as when he land on Swing Mast, it was clear he landed too roughly in order to rush and as result caused a serious pain during the stage transition. He came the time for him to ran, but he never recovered from the injury and had to withdraw from the tournament for his own health, once again leaving him with a bitter defeat.

He competed once more in VIKING 4. Unfortunately, his First Marine Stage's heat was cut, but it was known he finished fourth fastest with time of one minute and 43.92 seconds. In Second Adventure Stage, a heat with Maeda Koyo on a 50-metre Hammer Road awaits. There, both competitors went very fast and both finish with only 0.18 seconds difference between the two, the closest heat on the stage. However, TERU's 39.58 seconds beat Maeda's 39.76 seconds, thus allowing him to advance to Third Fantasy Stage for the first time in his career. He also had the second fastest time on the stage, beaten only by Hashimoto Kiyoshi's 35.28 seconds.

In Third Fantasy Stage, he would draw #9 in the lottery to determine his opponent in the stage and he was matched with HG, who drew #8. He was stumbled by Castaway but after gaining the lead on Swing Mast, he never looked back, blazing through the course and clearing with one minute and 09.43 seconds. Due to being second fastest out of four who clear Third Fantasy Stage, he was third in order for the new Final VIKING, which consisted of climbing a 20-metre cage-shaped Ladder. He eventually finished with third fastest time, with 26.61 seconds, meaning he missed out on a VIKING's win.

About six months later, he would then competed in SASUKE for the first and only time, doing so in SASUKE 18. Picking #32 from the Marathon, his run ended in flash as he lost balance while landing on Rope Glider. This remain his only known SASUKE tournament he had competed in.

Away from SASUKE and VIKING[]

He was a Muscle Musical member from at least 2004 and was known for his hopping hand-stand skills.

However, in 2007, due to a split that occurred in Muscle Musical, he left the group to join Nakamura Japan along with Haga Kayo and Asami Sayaka. He still listed as one of its members as of 2021.
