The Swing Circle (スイングサークル) was the obstacle after the Ultimate Cliffhanger in SASUKE 25 and 26's Third Stage after Urushihara Yuuji's Kanzenseiha in SASUKE 24. It consisted of four rings hanging from the scaffolding above, where the competitor must jump from one ring to the next, similar to the Jumping Bars. The rings appear to be on a track similar to the Gliding Ring only shorter and steeper, meaning the rings may be able to move freely.
This obstacle was introduced in SASUKE 25 and was also in SASUKE 26. It was never attempted during its short lifespan. The obstacle was changed into the Jumping Rings for SASUKE 27. This obstacle was also used on American Ninja Warrior 4 (Southeast region), with Kamerion Wimbley making history as the first to clear it. A modified version of it was also used on American Ninja Warrior 5 in Baltimore, this time being fused together with the Bungee Rope Climb and named the Circle Cross. However, the rings were smaller, and only 4 of them were used.
Despite no competitor attempted this in SASUKE and only once used on American Ninja Warrior (in Southeast region), this obstacle has been used three times during the first three seasons of Ninja Warrior UK. However, there were three version used on every season. On the first season, the obstacle was similiar to the ones from American Ninja Warrior, except there was no trampoline at the starting platform. On the second season, the number of rings was reduced from four (from previous season) to just three. On the third season, the number of rings was returned to four, with smaller rings than the previous season.
