Superhero Squad (formerly known as Rahnaways) is a team on American Ninja Warrior's team competition franchise. Captain Jamie Rahn has been the only constant throughout all the team's appearances. Other members have included Adam Grossman, Courtney Venuti, Rachael Goldstein, and Sean Darling-Hammond.
Team Ninja Warrior[]
The Rahnaways made their first appearance in Team Ninja Warrior with Jamie recruiting Adam Grossman and Courtney Venuti for the roster. They first competed against Party Time in Round 1 of Episode 6:
- Adam lost the first race against Jake Murray.
- Courtney fell on the Log Grip and lost the second race against Jennifer Tavernier.
- Jamie also lost the anchor run against Brian Arnold.
They went up against the Real Life Beasts in the knockout round:
- In the first race, both Erica Cook and Courtney Venuti fell at the Dancing Stones. However, Erica reached the obstacle first, therefore, Courtney lost.
- Adam fell on the Sonic Swing and lost the second race against James McGrath.
- But Jamie won the anchor run as Drew Drechsel fell on the Dancing Stones.
- In the sudden death match, Courtney and Erica went up against each other again but Courtney lost and the Rahnaways were eliminated from the competition.

Team Ninja Warrior 2
Jamie Rahn overhauled his team and returned for Team Ninja Warrior 2. First, he changed the team name to Superhero Squad. Then, he replaced Adam and Courtney with Sean Darling-Hammond and Rachael Goldstein. This revamped team made its debut in the 3rd episode where they went up against the Think Tank in Round 1:
Season 2, Episode 8- Noah Kaufman vs. Sean Darling Hammond - Team Ninja Warrior
- Sean won the first race against Noah Kaufman who was unable to scale the Warped Wall.
- Rachael won the second race as Asya Grechka fell on the Floating Tiles.
- But Jamie lost the anchor run against Matt Wilder.
- Sean also lost the sudden death race against Matt Wilder.
They went up against G-Force in Round 2:
- Sean lost the first race against Jesse La Flair.
- Rachael got disqualified after falling off the course at the Ring of Fire and lost the second race against Jessie Graff.
- But Jamie won the anchor run against Nicholas Coolridge.
- This forced a sudden death match where Jamie won the race against Jesse La Flair.
They proceeded to the relay showdown where they went up against Think Tank once again. During the race, both Noah and Sean fell on the Bar Hop. Therefore, Jamie and Matt resumed the relay after a 5-second countdown. But Matt made it up the Invisible Ladder faster than Jamie and The Superhero Squad got eliminated.

The Superhero Squad competed in Episode 8 as a wildcard. They went up against the Labreckfast Club in Round 1:
- The first two races were nearly identical as Sean fell on the Floating Tiles and lost against Noel Reyes.
- While Rachael Goldstein fell on the Floating Tiles and lost to Jesse Labreck.
- But Jamie won the anchor run against Jon Alexis Jr.
- This forced a sudden death race but Jamie fell on the Ring of Fire and lost against Noel Reyes.
In the knockout round the Superhero Squad went up against The Ballers:
- Sean lost the first race against Lorin Ball.
- Rachael lost the second race against Meiling Huang.
- But Jamie won the anchor run against Paul Kasemir forcing sudden death again.
- Jamie did win the fourth race as Lorin Ball fell on the Ring of Fire.
The Superhero Squad then won the relay showdown against The Wings.
They returned in the next episode to take part in the wildcard showdown against the NorCal Ninjas for the final spot in the finals. Unfortunately, the Superhero Squad lost the showdown and got eliminated from the competition once again.
American Ninja Warrior: Ninja Vs. Ninja[]
The Superhero Squad returned to compete in the spin-off, American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja. They first competed in Episode 9 and went up against the Wisco Warriors in Round 1:
- Jamie lost the first race against Drew Knapp.
- Rachael and Sara Heesen both fell at the Flying Monkey Bars. However, Sarah reached the obstacle first, therefore Rachael lost the second race.
- Sean lost the third race against Andrew Philibeck and the team was eliminated from the competition.
