Super Diving (スーパーダイビング) is an obstacle that was introduced and only appeared in Pair VIKING 3. A competitor from each group had to run across a narrow bridge and pull up a lever raising the gate that weigh 25kg. Next, another competitor had to dive into the water and swim through the circular gate and locate a wooden bar tied underneath the water 1.4 meters deep and untie it in order to attempt the Kōsoku Slider. From that point, that competitor would exit the pool and proceed to the next obstacle. This obstacle has a similar concept to SASUKE's Backstream and American Ninja Warrior's Water Walls due to touching the water is allowed.
