Stratis Faction is a team on the Team Ninja Warrior series. Captain Ryan Stratis has been the team's constant on both seasons. Other members have included Mike Bernardo and Grace Jones. The name is a pun on the term "satisfaction".
Team Ninja Warrior[]
Stratis Faction made their first appearance in Team Ninja Warrior with Ryan recruiting Mike Bernardo and Grace Jones for the roster. They first competed in Episode 3 against Team Alpha:
- Mike won the first race against Evan Dollard,
- In the second race both Grace Jones and Kacy Catanzaro failed at the Warped Wall after 3 attempts. However, Kacy reached the obstacle first, therefore, Grace lost the race,
- Ryan Stratis did however, win the anchor run against Brent Steffensen.
They ran as the top bracket in Round 2 where they went up against Tré Amigoz:
- Ryan Stratis won the first race against Tremayne Dortch,
- Grace won the second race as Cassandra Dortch fell on the Floating Stairs,
- Mike Bernardo then won the anchor run against Andrew Lowes who also fell on the Floating Stairs.
They proceeded to the relay showdown where they went up against the ExpendaBulls. During the race however, Ryan fell on the Dancing Stones which landed a 10 second penalty on Mike Bernardo, unfortunately, Bernardo came up a second and a half short on the Tower Climb and the team was eliminated from the competition.
The team got to compete in the finals as a wildcard where they competed against Team Midoryama where they lost all three races. In the knockout round, they went up against Team Ronin:
- Mike Bernardo lost the first race against Flip Rodriguez,
- Grace fell on the Spin Cycle and lost the second race against Tiana Webberley,
- Ryan did however win the anchor run as JJ Woods fell on the Dancing Stones,
- This forced a sudden death race where Stratis raced against Rodriguez but managed to win the race.
They face off against Team TNT in the relay showdown but lost and got eliminated from the competition again.
Team Ninja Warrior 2[]
Stratis Faction returned to compete in Team Ninja Warrior 2. They first went up against the Labreckfast Club in Round 1 in Episode 6. Unfortunately they lost all three races. In the knockout round they went up against Real Life Beasts:
- Mike fell on the Swing Jump and lost the first race against James McGrath,
- Grace lost the second race against Erica Cook,
- But Ryan won the anchor run as Drew Drechsel fell on the Spin Cycle, and
- In the sudden death race, Mike Bernardo fell on the Floating Tiles and lost the race against Drew Drechsel, eliminating Stratis Faction from the competition.
Stratis Faction did not regroup for American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja, as Stratis opted not to participate. Bernardo and Jones-Sims continued on and formed a new team called Hazard Brigade, with Bernardo as the captain.
