Skywalk (スカイウォーク) was a Second Stage obstacle in SASUKE 19, which served as the fourth obstacle, replacing Net Bridge from the previous tournament. However, due to the dominance of the Salmon Ladder in that tournament, it was sadly never reached. It was replaced by the Swing Ladder in the next tournament, making it one of three obstacles in SASUKE history aside from Sending Climber (coincidentally was introduced in the same tournament) and Swing Circle (introduced in SASUKE 25) to have never been attempted. Albeit unlike those two obstacles, it was not replaced by similar designed obstacle (i,e, Hang Climbing and Jumping Ring, respectively) and it is the only unattempted Second Stage obstacle.
It appeared to be similar to Cliffhanger, but with significant differences:
- The ledge of Skywalk was much thicker than Cliffhanger variants.
- Competitors had the ability to use their feet against the wall, which most Cliffhanger variants, except Ultimate Cliffhanger, lacked of.
Despite that, the obstacle was ultimately used in SASUKE 21 Trials, being named as Power Hanger.
