In the Ninja Warrior Poland seasons, the Semi-finals, also known as Półfinały in the Polish language, is serving as the second course of a Ninja Warrior Poland season for 10 competitors in each episode.
Format[]
In the first season of Ninja Warrior Poland, were six Semi-finals episodes in total. Each of the Semi-finals consisted of 10 participants in total, and those participants, similar to the Heats, would have no time limit on the Semi-finals course, which meant that they could take as much time on the obstacles as they want. However, similar to the succeeding seasons of Ninja Warrior Poland, only the Top participants of each Semi-final, in this case only the Top 4, would advance to the Finals of the season, either based on who completed the course with the best time, or based on who got the furthest in the best time.

In the first three seasons of Ninja Warrior Poland, a total of 10 competitors competed in each of the six semi-finals, which meant that a total of 60 semi-finalists took part in each of three seasons.
Ninja Warrior Poland 4 - present[]
From the fourth season of Ninja Warrior Poland, due to the introduction of the Power Tower, a total of 9 competitors competed in each of the six semi-finals along with the loser on the Power Tower, which meant that this and all subsequent seasons had 54 semi-finalists each.
