Sem Garay is a wrestler from Illinois. He first competed in Cincinnati on ANW 11 at the eligible age of 19.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
He debuted in Cincinnati, where although his run was digested, he had a great rookie run in qualifying, clearing the course placing 9th. He was one of four first-time competitors to finish the Cincinnati qualifier entirely.
In the city finals, he had another great run as he made it to the Slam Dunk before failing. He placed 12th overall and advanced to the national finals as a rookie.
In Vegas, he wiped out on the Double Dipper.
American Ninja Warrior 12[]
He returned to compete in the downsized season 12 as a member of Dan Polizzi's team. He reached the fifth obstacle, but splashed down on the Ferris Wheel and did not make the top 12.
American Ninja Warrior 13[]
He returned to compete in the last qualifying episode. His run was cut, but he failed the fifth obstacle, Sideways. He placed 23rd overall and advanced to the semifinals.
He later competed in the last semifinals episode. His run there was digested, but he had an entrance revealing his new manager (Akbar Gbaja-Biamila). On the course, he failed on Diamond Dash, ending his season.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
He returned to compete in the fourth qualifying episode. His run was cut, but he was one of 20 to fail Final Frontier, marking the third season in a row in which he failed the fifth obstacle in qualifying. Still, he placed 24th overall, and moved on to the semifinals once again.
He later competed in the fourth semifinals episode. His run there was digested, but it was shown that he got his revenge on Diamond Dash. But one obstacle later, he failed Kaleidoscope, and he once again failed to move on to the national finals.
