On all five seasons of Ninja Israel, the Second Stage, locally called שלב 2 (literally Level 2), or similar to the most International SASUKE/Ninja Warrior spin-off shows, also known as Stage 2, is always serving as the second of four stages in the Finals of Ninja Israel. As of present, Ninja Israel included five different Second Stages, with all of them however sharing one singular goal: to press the button at the top of the final obstacle before the time expires in order to advance to the next stage, the Third Stage.
Unlike SASUKE, competitors must face the Third Stage directly instead, in a similar to the European format of the Second Stage.

On Ninja Warrior Israel, the Second Stage (placed between the First Stage and Third Stage) have four obstacles (actually five obstacles if the Salmon Ladder and Unstable Bridge were two standalone obstacle rather than combined as an obstacle) which were arranged in a straight line. Similar to SASUKE, the Second Stage tested speed and precision with elements of upper-body and grip strength. Competitors must face all Second Stage obstacle with 120 seconds (2 minutes) time limit.
Unlike SASUKE, the obstacle has traditionally one that required competitors to ride something down a long track while still maintaining their grip (in this case the Rolling Log) was placed as the third obstacle. But similar to the first four seasons of SASUKE, the Spider Walk was placed as the first obstacle.

- The first obstacle was still a Spider Walk related obstacle (in this case Bouncing Spider), while the final two obstacles were the upper-body strength obstacles, making the first time in Ninja Israel, that there was no slider/rolling track obstacle and Wall Lift related obstacle in the Second Stage.
- This also making a situation where multiple competitors failed at the final obstacle of the Second Stage.
- The Salmon Ladder (which is normally used as a Second Stage obstacle) was moved to the First Stage staring from this season.

Trivia[]
- Ninja Israel was the only international SASUKE/Ninja Warrior format have 100% clear rate for the Second Stage for two consecutive seasons, as no competitor failed on the Second Stage in Ninja Warrior Israel 4 and Ninja Warrior Israel 5, possibly due to the extreme casualties of the First Stage making the number of competitors who advanced to the Second Stage decreased through each season. For comparison, only two other SASUKE Ninja Warrior tournaments worldwide have had a 100% clear rate on the Second Stage by the time this record occurred: SASUKE 6 and SASUKE 32, separated by a 26-tournament gap.
- Ninja Warrior Israel 3 has the most competitors eliminated in the Second Stage, with two, but it also has the most competitors who cleared the Second Stage, at 10. Due to this, the third season still has the third highest clear rate (83.33%).
- The season to have the lowest Second Stage clear rate was Ninja Warrior Israel 2 (50%), due to only one out of two competitors clearing the Second Stage.
