This page is an official policy on Sasukepedia. This policy has wide acceptance among editors and is considered a standard that all users should follow.

User accounts are administered by Wikia (and a username that works on Sasukepedia will work on any other Wikia site). However, an account's access to edit Sasukepedia may be blocked if its name violates Sasukepedia policy.
Harassment and discriminatory names (names with slurs or other negative connotations)
User names should not have any racial or ethnic connotations. They should not be defamatory (or particularly carry any connotation whatsoever) towards any person, or any religious or ethnic group, or against any gender, sexual orientation, race, or creed.
Vulgarity
Names should not refer to sexual acts (or other inappropriate body functions) of any kind. They should not inappropriately refer to human anatomy or any bodily functions.
Names referring to drugs or other controlled substances, or any illegal activity, are forbidden.
Impersonation or trademarks
Impersonation of a Monster9, TBS, or Wikia employee, or another Sasukepedia user is forbidden. Sock puppetry (and/or creating an account for each of a user's characters) is also not allowed. Creating pages in the User namespace under the name of a user whose account does not exist (thus giving the appearance that the user exists) is not permitted.
Using registered trademarks in names is not allowed.
Advertisements
Names which advertise a brand (or otherwise promote a certain product) are against policy.
If there are indications the account in question is intended for use in spamming, it will be blocked, and further accounts will be automatically blocked from editing.
Enforcement
Unless otherwise indicated, violations will result in the account being blocked from editing indefinitely, but the user can make another account to continue editing under a username which abides by policy.
