Sara Jean Underwood (サラ・ジーン・アンダーウッド) is the 2007 Playmate of the Year in Playboy Magazine, who only participated in KUNOICHI 2009 and managed to reach the Second Stage on her newcomer performance in said KUNOICHI tournament.
Underwood also tried out the American Ninja Warrior 3 qualifying course just for fun. She only managed to reach the third step of the Quad Steps, due to her feet slipping on the step because of it being wet, causing her to fall in the water.

Underwood is known by her own group that included Chinese Acrobat Toh Tan Tan. When three other women in her group have unexpected failed, she is able to clear the First Stage, becoming only foreigner woman of this tournament to clear since all others have failed (Viorica Susanu have trying to Repechage but Nagano Asami have grab a flag first).
In the Second Stage that have modified to bring back some past obstacles, Underwood did some trouble to the first two obstacles, by the time reached Buyoishi she was unable to keep her foot to trap at 5th stone, led to her failing to the water below.

Underwood is an American model, television host, and actress who was chosen as the Playmate of the Month for the July 2006 issue of Playboy magazine and later became Playmate of the Year in 2007. She is a former host of Attack of the Show! on G4.
