SASUKE Vietnam (Full name as Không giới hạn - SASUKE Việt Nam and translates as SASUKE Vietnam: Unlimited or also known as SASUKE Vietnam 2015) is the first airing ninja competition & the Vietnamese version of the SASUKE / Ninja Warrior franchise. It is the international version for Japanese–Vietnamese relations. This SASUKE-related competition is perhaps most noted for having a split-stage, similar to VIKING. The content of this competition was revealed by SASUKE community member Arsenette (with help from SASUKE ASEAN Open Cup Gold Medalist Michael Bernardo). The first episode (also the SASUKE Vietnam's Opening Ceremony and the first episode of Stage 1A) was aired in June 18, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. every Thursday on VTV3.

The design of the show (including five human color stars on the opening theme, the contestant graphic and the countdown time graphic) was based on the "Five Phases" of Wuxing, a Chinese philosophy. The design was used until SASUKE Vietnam 3, before the new graphic was started used on SASUKE Vietnam 4.

Nguyên Khang and Lại Văn Sâm were the main hosts. Diệp Lâm Anh appeared as the sidelined reporter. Thành Trung and Phan Anh appeared as replacing hosts in some episodes for Lại Văn Sâm (Stage 1A) or Nguyên Khang (Stage 2) respectively.

Unlike on most SASUKE / Ninja Warrior franchises, the Stage One was have no time limit, and only the Top 20 who completed the course with the fastest time will move on to Stage 2.

Auditions

Auditions were held in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong. The auditions have 4 challenges. The maximum score for each challenge is 10 points. The time limit for the first 3 challenge was 1 minute. The results of three auditions will be combined, and more competitors will advance to the final in Binh Duong

① Pull-up (40 times)

If a competitor cannot do at least 5 pull-ups, he will be eliminated immediately.

② Push-up (60 times)

If a competitor cannot do at least 7 push-ups, he will be eliminated immediately.

③ 60-kg tire flipping (40 times)

If a competitor cannot flip the tire at least 5 times, he will be eliminated immediately.

④ 100m running in 20.4 seconds

The competitor need to run 25m, turn back, run 25m, turn back, ... until he finishes 100m. The time limit for this challenge is 29 seconds.

The show was filmed at Becamex Tokyu Garden City.

SASUKE Vietnam's Opening Ceremony

The SASUKE Vietnam's Opening Ceremony (called locally as Lễ Khai Mạc Không Giới Hạn - SASUKE Việt Nam) was flimed at Becamex Tokyu Garden City and broadcast in June 18, 2015 at VTV3 (before the Stage 1A started).

Nguyên Khang and Diệp Lâm Anh as the main host of the ceremony. The ceremony has several special guests such as journalist Lại Văn Sâm, Vietnam Television's Director Trần Bình Minh, Tokyo Broadcasting System's Director Toshichika Ishihara, and Matachi Ryo, a SASUKE's competitor.

The ceremony has several events, including Matachi Ryo climbing Mt. Midoriyama, a Stage Four tower, to flag the SASUKE Vietnam's flag on the top of the tower.

Prizes

• Competitior had fastest time on Final Stage/ Mt. Midoriyama could get a Honda CRV car and as the champion on the season.
• Competitior was advance on Stage 3 would get a medal.
• If no one as kanzenseiha, the prize is changed as VND 800.000.000 on the next season.

Stage 1

Stage One is a split-stage. The first two obstacles are the same, but the producer will decide which competitors run the right-handed course (Stage 1A part) or the left-handed course (Stage 1B part). Only the Top 40 (Top 20 on Stage 1A and Top 20 on Stage 1B) who completed the course with the fastest time will move on to Stage 2.
