Qualifying Second Stage[]

All competitors competed in an event known as Tail Impossible (テイルインポッシブル) involving competitors running around a 100-meter track for four laps, with the last three competitors finishing the laps being eliminated from the event. Competitors are allowed to rest for 60 seconds in between each race. The competitor that crosses the finish line during the final race wins the event.

An administrative error in counting the laps during Race 2 resulted in all competitors running five laps instead of four. When the fourth lap concluded, several runners halted after misinterpreting a signal that should have directed them to continue. The disruption in pacing influenced the outcome for some competitors such as Sato Rika, positioned sixth at the end of the fourth lap, was overtaken on the fifth lap and subsequently eliminated. She was later granted five points in compensation for the mistake.

Once a signal is played, competitors must run towards a buzzer that is in opposite directions of the track. The first competitor who presses the buzzer wins the match and advances to the next rounds of the event. In this stage, winners of each group would advance to the finals and attempts to win two rounds cumulatively or consecutively in order to be crowned as the winner of the event.
