Ryan Robinson is a high-wire artist from Utah. Having one of the most dangerous occupations, Robinson trains thousands of feet in altitude for Ninja Warrior.
American Ninja Warrior 6[]
Robinson's rookie season took place at the Venice Qualifiers and was all cut. Robinson went out very early on the Spinning Wheel. The obstacle had proven very difficult for taller competitors.
American Ninja Warrior 7[]
In Robinson's sophomore season, he made a close save on the Mini Silk Slider, where he almost dropped from the rope but was able to make a strong recovery holding on. However, while Robinson was one of only a few competitors to make the transition on the Hourglass Drop, he accidentally grabbed the support structure on the second board, and was ultimately disqualified on the obstacle. Robinson however, made it to the fifth obstacle at a good-enough pace to place 27th overall in qualifying.
In the city finals he was able to avoid disqualification on the Hourglass Drop, but fell victim to the Rumbling Dice. As one of only 10 competitors in the city finals to pass the Hourglass Drop, he placed 9th overall and made his first trip to the national finals in his rookie year.
His run on Stage One was cut but it was revealed by spectators on Sasuke maniac forums that Robinson had failed the Jumping Spider.
American Ninja Warrior 8[]
Ryan returned to compete in Los Angeles in American Ninja Warrior 8. His run was cut in qualifying but it was revealed that he finished the course with the 8th fastest time. In the city finals, his run was digested but it was shown that he failed the Wedge. Robinson placed 11th overall and as such, he made his second trip to Vegas.
His run on Stage One was also digested, but it was shown that he failed the transition to the Rope Ladder on the Flying Squirrel, after he attempted to rush the jump due to lack of time.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Robinson competed in Los Angeles again in American Ninja Warrior 9, where he cleared the qualifying course with the 6th fastest time, In the city finals, he failed the Swinging Pegboard and didn't make it to the national finals this time around, he placed 16th overall.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
Ryan competed in American Ninja Warrior 10. This time, Robinson competed in Minneapolis, where his run was cut, but he failed the Ring Jump in qualifying.
