Ryan Meeks is an architect who competed four times on ANW. He first competed in season 11 of ANW.
American Ninja Warrior 11[]
Ryan first competed in Oklahoma City in American Ninja Warrior 11. His run was cut, but he was one of many to fail the fourth obstacle, Diving Boards.
American Ninja Warrior 13[]
He competed in the first episode of qualifying in ANW 13. His run in qualifying was once again cut, but he was one of 21 to fail the fifth obstacle, V Formation. This time around, he went far enough to place 12th overall, and so he advanced to the semifinals. He later competed in the first semifinal episode. His run there was also cut, but it was revealed that he failed the Inverter at Split Decision. He placed 7th overall and moved on to the national finals.
Meeks competed in the National Finals and was shown in the second episode. His run was digested where he took a comically slow approach on Slide Surfer but it was shown that he had cleared Stage One. On Stage Two his run was again, digested, but he made it through the first four obstacles, until the Epic Air Surfer where he ended up missing the ledges and fell into the water, marking his best season ever.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
He competed in the fourth episode of qualifying in American Ninja Warrior 14. His run was once again cut, but he failed on Final Frontier, once again going out on the fifth obstacle. He placed 13th overall and he once again advanced to the semifinals. He later competed in the fourth and last semifinal episode. His run there was also cut, but he failed on Air Surfer, going out on the third obstacle and ending his season.
American Ninja Warrior 16[]
He returned for season 16 in the first qualifier round. His run was cut, but it was confirmed that he shockingly failed the Pole Vault, not moving on to the semifinals for the first time since season 11.
