The Ring Turn is an obstacle, firstly introduced as the fourth obstacle on American Ninja Warrior 10 in Miami.
It consisted of 2 large rings with a small notch on each ring and a small ring (similar to the one used on the Circle Cross).
Competitors must jump from the trampoline and reach the first ring. Then, they must turn the ring around to lock its notch onto the pulley, and then made the transition to the second ring. After that, they must repeat the same process for the second ring, then made the transition to a small ring, and finally made the dismount to the landing platform. Competitors were allowed to used their feet while attempting the obstacle.
A total of 23 competitors failed on this obstacle during Miami qualifiers, including notable competitors like Emily Durham, Bree Widener, Charity LeBlanc, and Gabe Stewart. Because only four female competitors completed the obstacle, it became the cut off for the top 5 female competitors, with Emily Durham being the only female competitor to fail the obstacle and advance to Miami finals.
During Miami finals, only Morgan Wright failed on this obstacle.
