American Ninja Warrior 8

She first competed in Philadelphia in American Ninja Warrior 8 and even though she failed Rolling Thunder, she stayed in the top 30 placing 29th. This became a historical moment in American Ninja Warrior, as she was one of four women to make the top 30 and advance to the city finals, leading to the creation of the Fantastic Four. In the city finals, she failed the Wall Drop but was selected to compete in the national finals as a wildcard.

Her run on Stage 1 was cut, but it was revealed that she failed the Propeller Bar.

American Ninja Warrior 9

On American Ninja Warrior 9, she ran the course in Cleveland. Her run was digested, but it was shown she failed the Ring Jump and did not move on. She was the only member of the Fantastic Four to not advance to the city finals.

She returned in American Ninja Warrior 10 in Miami, where her run was once again digested but she failed the Slippery Summit. Her run was good enough to place 24th overall and 2nd among the women to move her on to the city finals.

In the city finals she got revenge on the Slippery Summit and became the 13th woman to scale the Warped Wall. She ultimately failed on the Crazy Clocks, but her run was good enough to not only place 2nd in the Women's top 2, but was also good enough for her to place 14th overall. Overall, Goldstein was one of just 5 women this season to rank in the top 15 during a city finals round.

On stage one, she got redemption on the Propeller Bar, which knocked her out two years ago. However, she lost her grip on the Double Dipper.

Rachael announced on Instagram that she will not compete in Baltimore on American Ninja Warrior 11, as she is expecting her first child.
