Phil Folsom is an ANW competitor from Illinois and the younger brother of Sam Folsom. He's also the boyfriend of fellow anw competitor Emma Pereyra.

He competed in the third qualifying episode. There, he won his first race against Evan White in the seeding round before he also won his second race in the knockout round against Emily Gardiner. He then won his race in the final showdown against Emme Smith, advancing him to the quarterfinals.
He then competed in Episode 9, the first quarterfinals episode. There, he won his race in the seeding round against Jordan Carr before he also won his race in the knockout round against Secorra Heinrichs. He then won his race in the final showdown against Joseph Rouse, advancing him to the semifinals.
He then competed in Episode 13, the first semifinals episode. There, he won his race in the seeding round against Tate Allen before he also won his race in the knockout round against Jackson Erdos. He then won his race in the final showdown against Jacob Arnstein, advancing him to the finals.
Then at the finals, Phil won his first race against Luke Milman after Luke failed on Sideways. He then lost the race in the final showdown in a rematch against Jackson Erdos. He went 10-1 and ended placing 2nd overall in the 13-14 age division, winning $7,500.
