Phil Defraties was an OR Technician from Sarasota, FL, who competed on the second season of American Ninja Warrior, alongside fellow competitors Sean Morris and Thomas Hall.
In qualifying, Defraties started strong, despite a shaky landing on the Rope Swing. However, he took a very cautious approach on the Cross Bridge, which backfired and caused him to fall. He was the only one of his group of competitors not to make it to Boot Camp, let alone the semi-finals.
