Patrick McGrath is the older brother of SASUKE veteran James McGrath. He competed with him in American Ninja Warrior 4 and completed the qualifier in 1:51.84, and then the Semi-Finals in 6:03.38. Despite earning a spot he did not compete in Vegas and Andres De La Rosa ended up taking his spot.
According to James McGrath, it was behind the scenes conflicts that ultimately resulted in Patrick not going to Vegas. After ANW 4, Patrick focus on Work and moved to Europe.
