Okamoto Sayaka (岡本 さやか) is a Hasegawa Service Station employee, who has participated from KUNOICHI 2006 Summer to KUNOICHI 2009 as the protégé of SASUKE All-Star Yamamoto Shingo.

KUNOICHI 2006 Summer[]
She made debut in KUNOICHI 2006 Summer and beat the First Stage easily. In the Second Stage she went through most of the obstacles, only to slip at the Burandou's third beam and fall forward into the water.
KUNOICHI 2007[]
She made her second appearance in KUNOICHI 2007, and while she crossed the Tobii Sou easily, she slipped on the Danchigaibou and failed.
KUNOICHI 2009[]
Her last appearance was in KUNOICHI 2009, she was digested in the First Stage. However, she is shown to have captured the red flag, and becoming one of 35 women to go to the Second Stage. In this competition, she was the first to clear the Enchū Nori, then on the Burandou she once again made it to the third beam, but she lost her balance when she reached the other side and failed there again. She hasn't participated since.

Okamoto is a Hasegawa Service Station employee, who came to KUNOICHI as the protégé of SASUKE All-Star Yamamoto Shingo, and became solid competitor, compared to the other All-Stars protégés.
