Okabe Sakiko (岡部 紗季子), is a former Japanese olympic gymnast, who now works as the owner of the sports branding company W.O.E. Inc., who has participated in all of three tournaments of the new reboot of KUNOICHI, but did not had any significant success in the first two of these KUNOICHI tournaments. In KUNOICHI 11, however, Okabe Sakiko managed to become only the second ever participant to reach the Final Stage in the new reboot era of KUNOICHI, only after Izumi Hikari in KUNOICHI 9. And despite the fact that she timed out, she still became the 1st place finisher and the Last Woman Standing of said tournament.
KUNOICHI[]
Okabe made debut in KUNOICHI 9, the first KUNOICHI tournament of new reboot era, received #25. Okabe advanced through the first half of the RED Stage at a very efficient pace, but by the time she reached Soritatsu Kabe, her time is running out, when she was coming only a few centimeters short of the top of the wall.
In KUNOICHI 10, Okabe Sakiko returned, after her disappointing First Stage (RED Stage) failure of the previous tournament, receiving #36. In the First Stage (RED Stage), Okabe Sakiko once again advanced through the first half of the stage at a good pace, especially clearing the fourth obstacle of the stage, the Fish Bone, easily, reaching the new fifth obstacle of the stage, the Double Pendulum with about 57 seconds remaining on the clock. On the Double Pendulum, Okabe cleared this new obstacle as well, with her taking not too much time on the obstacle. She then reached her nemesis of the previous tournament, the Soritatsu Kabe with about 37 seconds remaining on the clock. This time however, Okabe Sakiko managed to clear the Soritatsu Kabe, clearing it on her second attempt, reaching the final obstacle, the Cannonball with about 13 seconds remaining on the clock, but forutnately managed to clear the obstacle with little trouble, clearing the First Stage (RED Stage) with 6.33 seconds remaining on the clock, improving upon her previous result. In the Second Stage (BLUE Stage), Okabe struggled on the first obstacle of the stage, the Slide Walk, and took about 30 seconds to finally clear the obstacle. On the next two obstacles of the stage, the Spider Walk and the Goren Hammer, Okabe Sakiko began to advance at a faster pace and cleared those obstacles without a problem, reaching the fourth obstacle, the Reverse Conveyor with about 22 seconds remaining. Unfortunately, Okabe struggled throughout the entire Reverse Conveyor losing precious time and then unfortunately timed out on the next obstacle, the Wall Lifting, with her timing up as she was about to start to lift up the third and final wall, bringing her good performance to an end.
Okabe Sakiko returned once again in KUNOICHI 11, this time receiving #32. Okabe cleared the RED Stage and BLUE Stage which took her out in the previous tournament with a fastest time, she also went to cleared the BLACK Stage as well. in the Final Stage, she was quick on the Spider Climb, but struggled against the tide on the Tsuna Nobori, with unexpected situations being the rope was stuck on her harness, hindering the progress. as a result, despite the struggles, she timed out 13.5 metres up, ending the tournament.
