Nishioka Sumiko (にしおかすみこ), also known by her rakugo performer stage name Harukaze Koemu (春風こえむ) and by her real name Nishioka Junko (西岡 純子), is an Owarai Tarento and rakugo performer, who has only participated in KUNOICHI 2009 and managed to clear the First Stage on her newcomer performance in said KUNOICHI tournament, before failing the very first obstacle of the Second Stage in the same tournament, the infamous Daichoyaku.

As of currently, Nishioka still appears somewhere on television, and she is one of former KUNOICHI competitors to have a social media. Ironically, her First Stage clear in KUNOICHI 2009 would be a success of non-regular actress, only to failed at very early of Second Stage.
