Ninja Warrior Russia 3

Ninja Warrior Russia 3 is the third and also the final season of the international Ninja Warrior format in Russia. This season can be served as a reboot under a brand new broadcaster, STS. The first episode was supposed to air on October 27, 2021, but it was delayed to November 22, 2021 due to the co-host's controversy.

This was the first and only season held outdoors, instead of indoors like the first two seasons. The show was filmed in a outdoor place near Fisht Olympic Stadium at Sochi Olympic Park in Sochi. Also, the show now changed to the same logo design and visual graphics from Ninja Warrior France 3.

Despite this reboot season is a successful and there was a plan for the next season, under the backdrop of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, TBS decided not to renew the contract for STS, marking the end of Ninja Warrior Russia. However, to humour Russian Ninja community, in 2023, STS make an successor unlicensed version of SASUKE/Ninja Warrior called Суперниндзя, translated as Super Ninja. This unlicensed version used a different format considered as a fusion of SASUKE/Ninja Warrior and Ultimate Beastmaster. There are obstacles in this show were not created by SASUKE, KUNOICHI, American Ninja Warrior and other international formats (although several obstacles are delivered from Ultimate Beastmaster). However, starting from Season 2, this unlicensed show use more obstacles from SASUKE, American Ninja Warrior and other international formats such as Big Dipper, Jumping Spider, Pole Grasper and Cliffhanger.

As a side note, Ninja Warrior Russia is one of several international SASUKE/Ninja Warrior formats that ended without a kanzenseiha.
