Ninja Warrior Israel Junior, formally as Ninja Israel Junior, was the first installment of the children's edition of Ninja Israel, and also as the second international Ninja Warrior Junior format (after American Ninja Warrior Junior). The show was premiered on November 11, 2019 on Arutz HaYeladim. Although the spin-off was based of American Ninja Warrior Junior, there were several differences:
- Kids aged 12-15 participated in the competition, and unlike in American Ninja Warrior Junior, competitors were not divided into age brackets,
- While American Ninja Warrior Junior was taped at Universal Studio, the show was taped at Port of Haifa in Haifa, the same as the regular Ninja Israel competitions,
- The hosts of Ninja Israel Junior were different from the regular competitions as Oded Paz, Eliana Tidhar and Kevin Robin (as a sideline reporter), and
- The format of the show was identical to the regular competition, instead of Ninja vs. Ninja style format like American Ninja Warrior Junior. The format was used in Ninja Warrior Germany Kids.
Qualifiers[]
In the qualifiers, competitors must face 6 obstacles without the time limit. The Quintuple Steps, Broken Bridge and Warped Wall were used in all heats, while the second, fourth and fifth obstacle were changed in each heat. Top 6 competitors from each heat were advanced to the Semifinals.
Most obstacles were modified for kids competitors, such as the Quintuple Steps have a rope at the end of the obstacle (appeared in Heat 3 only) and the 4,25-meter Warped Wall have two rocks at the top of the wall.

The Finals[]
In the Finals, which was was run over in one episode, 6 competitors must face two stages. Stage One have same five obstacles from the Semifinals, except there was a time limit. The Final Stage is a combination of the iconic Third Stage obstacle, Cliffhanger and the mini version of Final Stage/Mt. Midoriyama, the Final Climb without time limit. Competitors who cleared both stages with the fastest time was become Total Victory and won ₪10,000 cash prize.
