Ninja Warrior Israel 4, formally as Ninja Israel 4 is the fourth season of the international Ninja Warrior format in Israel. The show was taped at Port of Haifa in Haifa and premiered on December 15, 2021 on Keshet12. Assi Azar and Rotem Sela would return as the hosts of this season, while Niv Raskin would also return as the commentator in this season. Rotem Israel would be replaced by 2016 Rio Olympics Judo Bronze medalist Yarden Gerbi as Raskin's partner in commentary.
Due to the implications brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ninja Camp which was featured from the previous season would return. A place where every competitor who would compete in this season take their stay all throughout the season. The camp would feature various obstacles in which these competitors can practice on, an open area where they can do various activities, and basic commodities such as food, relaxation and comfort.
The competitor who would complete Mount Midoriyama and achieve total victory would receive a cash prize of NIS 250,000. While the Last Man Standing who would become the farthest and fastest competitor in the Finals would receive an SUV.
Qualifiers
This season would have major changes added in the course compared to previous seasons. In the Qualifiers:
- Each episode would have various number of competitors attempting the course, with the top 4 moving on to the next round, except for a few heats such as the women only heat.
- The design of the course would be based on a pinball machine, as the various obstacles would be arranged around the edge of a figure similar to a pinball machine when it is looked at the top view.
- The Crossroads, the concept that has been around in the previous season and would be adopted by other competitions like American Ninja Warrior and Australian Ninja Warrior, has been removed.
- What replaced the Crossroads concept is a timer for the first three obstacles. This meant that competitors must clear the first three obstacles within a limited amount of time and pull a lever to continue on with the rest of the course.
- The Mega Wall returned with rules similar to its previous seasons, in which they have one attempt to clear the Mega Wall but with a new catch.
- If they succeed in clearing the 5.25 meter Mega Wall, they have a chance to attempt the Hashigo (האשיגו).
- If they fail in clearing the Mega Wall, they would have 2 attempts on the regular 4.6 meter Warped Wall (4.25 meter for the women only heat).

Competitors who managed to complete the Mega Wall in their Heats would have a chance to attempt the Hashigo (האשיגו).
The obstacle is a Super Salmon Ladder in which they must clear a total of 36 rungs, requiring competitors to jump the bar 35 times. Each attempt of the Hashigo would occur at the end of each heat.
If they managed to clear the obstacle the farthest and fastest, they would receive a cash prize of NIS100,000.
