Ninja Warrior France 7 is the seventh season of Ninja Warrior format in France, and the first season after the total victories of Iliann Cherif and Clement Gravier on Ninja Warrior France 6. The show was taped at Vieux Port de Cannes in Cannes, first officially announced on December 6, 2022 and premiered its first episode on January 7, 2023. Denis Brogniart, Christophe Beaugrand and Iris Mittenaere returned as hosts and commentators this season. Shane Griffin returned as the testers of the course.

Major changes were made to the Qualifications compared to the previous season.

Along with the return of Crossroads at obstacle 3 and 4, there was now the Split Decision at Obstacle 2, giving competitors a chance to choose between: a usual slower and safer second obstacle, or a brand new faster but riskier The High Road. The High Road was designed so that competitors still could switch to the other obstacle once they failed to grab the ring.

The standalone version of Power Tower from Season 5 returned in a new form, Memory Tower, at the last obstacle of each Qualification. This variant included "traps" that would be revealed before competitors' run and they had to memorize to avoid those; otherwise, touching those by any means would resulted in disqualification.

The Warped Wall's height was increased to 4.5 meters, a 25-centimeter raise from the past seasons. The Mega Wall format was retain, as successfully climbing the 5.5-meter wall in one go would guarantee a spot to the Finals and a €5,000 cash prize.

Any competitors clear the first two obstacles within the time limit would be given the privilege to attempt either Warped Wall or Mega Wall only. Else, they would have to attempt the Warped Wall and the Memory Tower. At the end of each of the qualifications, the top 12 and top 2 Women would advance to the Semifinals.

The Semifinals[]

There were a total of 4 semifinals, with each semifinal took place right after the Qualification it represents. 14 semifinalists would be divided into 7 matches, the fastest qualifying would face the 12th qualifying, the 2nd would face the 11th, the 3rd the 10th, etc, and the top 2 Women would face each other. This time, in a similar format to Team Ninja Warrior/American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja and American Ninja Warrior Junior, two competitors would battle against each other in a side-by-side course, with the winning competitor in each match advancing to the Finals and the losing competitor being eliminated.

Among 7 competitors that won in each Semifinal, the one with the best performance would earn a "joker", allowing him/her a chance to start over in Stage One or the timed course of Stage Two of the Final if he/she fails. Instead of redoing the entire course, they would start in the obstacle they fell in with their time remaining on the clock; however, there was no more the € 5,000 cash prize.

The Finals[]

The Finals consisted of 33 competitors, 28 of them advanced from the Semifinals and 5 of them automatically advanced to the Finals by completing the Mega Wall during the Qualifications. Among that, for the first time, there would be 4 women in the Finals. They would battle it out to become the next winner of Ninja Warrior France and earn €100,000 cash prize. If no one could complete the course, the furthest fastest one would be awarded €20,000 cash prize.

Also, similar to the previous seasons, the Final featured a "Joker", which gave competitors who got it a chance to redo the obstacle they had just failed during Stage 1 and timed part of Stage 2. Compared to the Safety Pass, competitors didn't need to redo the whole stage, but they only had a little time to rest before attempting the obstacle again, the timer would continue to count from the time competitors failed before, and no other competitors would run the course during the rest.

Stage 1[]

Similar to the first two seasons of SASUKE Vietnam, there is no time limit for Stage One. However, only top 7 advanced straight to Stage 2. 10 competitors placed 8th to 17th, plus 2 women competitors placed 1st and 2nd in Stage 1 (if no women placed in top 7) would have to go through the Repechage. If the Joker was used, the timer would be instead reset back to when they started attempting the obstacle they had failed before.

It consisted of the Steel Tower (Tour d’Acier), side-by-side racing returning from the previous tournament's Semifinal. 10 competitors placed 8th to 17th, plus 2 women competitors placed 1st and 2nd in Stage 1 (if no women placed in top 7) would be divided into 6 matches, the 8th would face the 17th, the 9th would face the 16th, the 10th the 15th, etc, and the top 2 Women will face each other. They would race side-by-side and the winner advanced to Stage 2 while the loser is eliminated.
