Ninja Warrior France 6 is the sixth season of Ninja Warrior format in France, and the second season after the total victories of Jean Tezenas du Montcel and Nicolas Cerquant on Ninja Warrior France 4. The show was taped at Vieux Port de Cannes in Cannes and premiered on January 7, 2022 on TF1. Denis Brogniart, Christophe Beaugrand and Iris Mittenaere returned as hosts and commentators this season, while Shane Griffin and Andrei Burton became the testers of the course.
Some changes were made to the Qualifications compared to the previous season.
Returning from Ninja Warrior France 5, competitors must indicate their choice between Route A or Route B, with two obstacles each to tackle. However, the standalone Power Tower had been removed.
Similar to the previous seasons, competitors have to complete the first four obstacles within a certain time limit depended on each courses, with additional time added and reduced difficulties for women competitors.
Competitors were given 3 attempts to complete regular Warped Wall and 1 attempt to complete Mega Wall.
If they decided to attempt the Mega Wall and failed to complete it , they could return to the regular Warped Wall, but they had only 1 attempt.
Competitors who completed the Mega Wall on their first attempt would be not counted to the leaderboard as they gain a cash prize of €5,000 and automatic pass to the finals.
At the end of each of the qualifications, the Top 3 competitors would advance to the semifinals. While the fourth to eleventh competitors in the leaderboard, in addition to the Top Two Women competitors would compete in the brand new Battle of the Steel Tower.

The Semifinals[]
There were a total of 4 semifinals, with each semifinal took place right after the Battle of the Steel Tower it represents. The format would be different to that of the previous season, with the Top 3 competitors from each Qualification and the five Battle of the Tower of Steel would be divided into 4 matches. The Top 2 fastest competitors in the Battle of the Steel Tower would compete against each other in one matchup while the rest of the competitors would each face the Top 3 competitors from each Qualification, with the slowest competitor to clear the Power Tower facing the Top competitor in the leaderboard. Two competitors in each match would race on the same course, one at time, and the one did better would earn a spot to the Final, while the other would be eliminated.
Among the 4 competitors that won in each Semifinal, the one with the best performance would earn a "joker", allowing him/her a chance to start over in Stage One or the timed course of Stage Two of the Final if he/she fails. Instead of redoing the entire course, they would start in the obstacle they fell in with their time remaining on the clock; however, there was no more the € 5,000 cash prize.
The Finals consisted of 23 competitors, 16 of them advanced from the Semifinals and 7 of them automatically advanced to the Finals by completing the Mega Wall during the Qualifications. Due to the best women in Semifinals, Angeline Serre, had already advanced to the Finals, there was no more wildcards this time. They would battle it out to become the next winner of Ninja Warrior France and earn €100,000 cash prize. If no one could complete the course, the furthest fastest one would be awarded €20,000 cash prize.
Also, similar to the previous seasons, the Final featured a "Joker", which gave competitors who got it a chance to redo the obstacle they had just failed during Stage 1 and timed part of Stage 2. Compared to the Safety Pass, competitors didn't need to redo the whole stage, but they only had a little time to rest before attempting the obstacle again, the timer would continue to count from the time competitors failed before, and no other competitors would run the course during the rest.
Since he already earned the Joker during the Semifinals 2, he would have a second attempt at the timed portion of Stage Two.

Final Stage (Tour des Héros)[]
This stage differs from the traditional format where competitors have to beat the time set by the competitor who has achieved Kanzenseiha with the fastest time, akin to breaking records. Unlike Ninja Warrior France 4 where every competitor attempt the stage under the same time limit, the time limit will be renewed immediately once the fastest Kanzenseiha is achieved.
