Nakao You (中尾 葉) is a former Muscle Musical member and baton twirler performer who made her only appearance in KUNOICHI 2009 along with her fellow co-stars.
KUNOICHI Career[]
Nakao is one of Women's Muscle Musical members who got invited to KUNOICHI 8 after one of fellow members spun off, she is known by her own group that including Idoling!!! member Miyake Hitomi who is also a performer, her run on the First Stage is all-cut but it is known as she cleared. In actual broadcasts that Miyake Hitomi is shown, she is ready to attempting Buranchō as Yoshihi Mika failing this obstacle, when she cleared at atop Shomouheki one of competitors in her group Fukuma Hatsuka is consider timed out as she was reached to the platform, just before she need grabbing another flag.
Her Second Stage run was just a midway from many other women in this tournament, in actual broadcasts she is known by attempting Enchū Nori as fellow Muscle Musical member Komiya Rie continuing to cheer her, by the time she reached Burandou she was to lose her balance toward the platform here. In fact, Nakao was one of 8 competitors to attempt Burandou on this tournament and by results only 5 competitors to cleared Second Stage including three members of Muscle Musical.

- Before KUNOICHI 8 is held, Nakao is one of Muscle Musical members that got invited to SASUKE 22 a months before KUNOICHI 8 is taping, her run is entirely cut, but it is known that she have failing between Log Grip and Jumping Spider.
- Nakao is one of many Muscle Musical members that appeared in any Monster9 shows, have an all-cut performance entirely in some cases, whist she had only known by her Second Stage performance in KUNOICHI 8. Nakao hasn't complete since.
