On SASUKE Vietnam 4, Miss SASUKE (called locally as Hoa Khôi SASUKE) refers to the female competitor (Vietnamese or international) who made the furthest than any other female competitor during the season. The female competitor who earned the title of Miss SASUKE would receive the cash prize of VND 4,000,000. This achivement was removed on SASUKE Vietnam 5.
