Michael Bougher is a National Guardsman from Fort Wayne, Indiana.
American Ninja Warrior 9[]
Michael first competed in Kansas City in American Ninja Warrior 9. his run was digested in Qualifying but it was shown that he fell on Crank It Up. He did place 26th and moved onto the city finals where his run ended early on the Broken Pipes. He unfortunately did not move on to the National Finals.
American Ninja Warrior 10[]
Michael returned to compete in Indianapolis in American Ninja Warrior 10. Despite not being able to beat the Mega Wall, he finished the qualifying course with the fastest time placing 1st.
In the city finals, he failed the 9th obstacle, Cane Lane, but placed 6th overall and moved on to the national finals.
His run on Stage One was cut but it was revealed that he failed the Double Dipper.
American Ninja Warrior 12[]
Michael competed on ANW 12, participating in the fourth round of qualifying. He failed the third obstacle, Beehive, in qualifying and for the first time he didn't move onto the semifinals round.
American Ninja Warrior 14[]
Michael returned in American Ninja Warrior 14 in the third qualifying episode. His run was cut but he failed the fifth obstacle Salmon Roll, but placed 18th and advanced to the semifinals. He later competed in the third semifinal episode. His run there was also cut, but he failed the eighth obstacle, Box Office. He did place 13th and make his second appearance in the national finals. His run at the national finals was cut for a third time, but he once again failed the third obstacle, this time being the Giant Rollercoaster.
Bougher will not compete in American Ninja Warrior 15 or 16 due to injury.
