Megan Rowe is a barista from Green Bay, Wisconsin, who first competed on American Ninja Warrior 11. She is also known as the “Axe Throwing Ninja” because of her skills in throwing axes. She is married to cancer survivor and ANW veteran Dalton Knapp.

American Ninja Warrior 11[]

She made her Ninja debut in Tacoma on American Ninja Warrior 11. She served as the final female runner of the night, having the chance of eliminating Meagan Martin from the women's top 5. Although she had the opportunity to do so, she ran with little urgency, not making it to the Lightning Bolts fast enough to knock Meagan Martin out of the women's top 5. She ultimately failed the Lightning Bolts, and so she missed out on the city finals.

American Ninja Warrior 13[]

She was originally cast for American Ninja Warrior 12 but was not one of the competitors who were selected to be on the modified season.

Likely to make up for this, she was selected to compete on American Ninja Warrior 13, participating in the final qualifying episode. Once again, she failed the fifth obstacle, Sideways. This time, however, her time to the obstacle was good enough for her to place 2nd among the woman and she moved on to the semifinals.

She later competed in the third semifinals episode. She once again had a pretty good run, as she managed to grab the big ring on Ring Chaser and she also became one of the few women to make it up the Warped Wall on ANW. She later failed on Padlock, but it was good enough for her to be the top woman in that semifinal episode, and she moved on to the national finals.

During the national finals, she failed the Double Dipper, ending her season.

American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 2[]

Megan also competed in the second ever Women's Championship, which was taped during the American Ninja Warrior 13 Semifinals. In the first round, she hit her first buzzer, landing in 4th place and advancing to the second round. During the second round, she made it to Split Decision and chose Diving Boards, which she cleared (along with doing a flip over the wall). and then went on to clear the whole course, placing 3rd and advancing to the Power Tower playoffs. However, during the first race, she lost to Meagan Martin and was eliminated.

American Ninja Warrior 14[]

She returned for her third season in the fourth qualifying episode. Her run was digested, but it was shown that she ended up falling on the fourth obstacle, Kickboards. She placed 7th overall for the women that episode, which normally would have eliminated her. However, because she managed to have the 2nd fastest time for the competitors that failed the obstacle, she was able to place 30th overall, making it the first time that she made the top 30. In fact, she was one of a record seven women competitors to rank within the top 30 that round.

She later competed in the third semifinals episode. There, she spent over a minute trying to complete the second obstacle, Over Under, but still did. She later failed on Hopscotch, the fifth obstacle. Since she was one of only two women that episode who got past the third obstacle, Clockwork, she once again advanced to the national finals by placing 2nd among the women.

Her run during the national finals was digested, but she got past the third obstacle (this time being Giant Rollercoaster), but failed one obstacle later on the Jumping Spider.

American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 3[]

Megan also competed in the third ever Women's Championship, which was taped during American Ninja Warrior 14's national finals. During Stage One, she got revenge on the Jumping Spider, and later made it all the way to the Fly Hooks, where she failed trying to transfer from the first hook to the second hook. She placed 6th and advanced to the second round. Her run on Stage Two was digested, but she failed on the first rack of the Double Salmon Ladder after some struggles, and she didn't advance past the second round.

Unfortunately, due to a knee injury, Megan was unable to compete in both American Ninja Warrior 15 and 16. However, she was still seen on the sidelines cheering on her fellow ninjas. She will also be competing on American Ninja Warrior 17.

Megan is set to compete in American Ninja Warrior 17.
