The Mega Crushers (formerly known as Team Midoryama) were a team on the Team Ninja Warrior series. The team consisted of Ian Dory, Meagan Martin, and Dan Yager.
Team Ninja Warrior[]
The team was originally known as Team Midoryama in Season 1 and Ian Dory was captaining the team. The team made it's debut in Episode 2 where they first went up against the Towers Of Power:
- Dan Yager lost the first race to Dan Polizzi,
- Meagan Martin won the second race against Selena Laniel who fell on the Dancing Stones,
- Ian Dory then won the Anchor run against Brandon Mears.
Team Midoryama then ran as the top bracket in Round 2 where they went up against the NorCal Ninjas:
- Dan Yager fell on Bungee Road and lost the first race against Sean Noble,
- Meagan Martin won the second race against Rachel Mulvaney,
- Ian Dory then won the anchor run against David Campbell who fell on the Dancing Stones. This guaranteed Team Midoryama a spot in the relay showdown.
In the relay showdown they would face off against the Towers of Power, Ian put Dan Yager on the first leg of the course and with his speed, Dan Yager built up a strong lead against Traci Dinwiddie who was the Towers of Power alternate for the injured Selena Laniel. Yager then tagged up Megan Martin who cleared the Dancing Stones and Bungee Road before Dinwiddie tagged up Dan Polizzi, Meagan then scaled the Warped Wall and tagged up Ian Dory. Polizzi was close behind, he scaled the wall and tagged up Brandon Mears. Ultimately, Ian was able to hold off Mears and hit the buzzer first sending Team Midoryama to the finals.
They competed in Episode 7 where they first went up against Stratis Faction:
- Dan got his first individual win as he won his race against Mike Bernardo,
- Meagan Martin won the second race against Grace Jones, and
- Ian Dory won the third race against Ryan Stratis.
In the Knockout round the team went up against Travis Rosen's Team TNT:
- Dan Yager lost his first race against Adam Arnold,
- Meagan Martin won the second race against Joyce Shahboz who fell on the Dancing Stones.,
- But Ian Dory lost the anchor run to Travis Rosen and the team was eliminated from the competition.
Team Ninja Warrior 2[]
The team, now renamed the Mega Crushers with Meagan Martin captaining the team, returned to compete again in Team Ninja Warrior 2. They competed in Episode 2 where they first went up against Team Tarzan:
- In the first race both Dan Yager and Travis Weinand fell on Bungee Road but Dan was the first to reach the obstacle, therefore, he won the race,
- Meagan Martin won the second race against Rose Wetzel who also fell on Bungee Road, and
- Ian Dory won the anchor run against Ben Melick.
They ran as the top bracket in the knockout round where they went up against The Wings:
- Dan Yager fell on the Ring of Fire and lost the first race to David Yarter,
- Meagan however, won the second race against Melanie Hunt who fell on Bungee Road,
- But Ian Dory lost the anchor run to Thomas Stillings and the Mega Crushers team was eliminated.
The Mega Crushers did however, compete against Jessie Graff's G-Force Team in an exclusive relay showdown (this was not broadcasted on TV). During the race however, Dan Yager got hung up on the Ring of Fire and Meagan Martin stumbled on the Floating Tiles. and ultimately they lost the relay showdown.
The Mega Crushers did not regroup for American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja, which was a rebranding of Team Ninja Warrior and was considered the third year of American Ninja Warrior's team competition series. Captain Meagan Martin became a member of Team Ronin. Dory and Yager, however, formed a new team together called Team Wolfpack, with Jeri D'Aurelio as the third member.
