Matsunaga Tomohiro (松永 共広) is a freestyle wrestler who won a silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics in his category (55 kilograms).
He made his SASUKE debut in SASUKE 21 wearing #91. He impressed many with his First Stage performance clearing all of the obstacles easily and finishing the First Stage with over ten seconds left on the clock. In the Second Stage, he made it to the Salmon Ladder. There, he flew up the obstacle and it looked like he would be able to clear it. However, he was not able to overcome the gap between the sixth and seventh levels and when he missed his grip gave way and he fell into the water.
He returned in SASUKE 22, where he failed the Jumping Spider. He was unable to stick to the walls in the correct position, thus causing him to slip and fall into the water.
