Matsumoto Minoru

Matsumoto Minoru (松本 稔) is a construction worker that only competed in once, in the third tournament. During that tournament, he cleared the First Stage with 6.5 seconds to spare, cleared the Second Stage with 4.2 seconds left, and was one of 5 people who cleared the Third Stage and made it to the Final Stage. Unfortunately, he only climbed 8 meters up the Tsuna Nobori before timing out. He hasn't competed since. He is the only one who has never failed the first 3 stages and only one to have 100% clear rate in first 3 stages
