Luis Moco is a stuntman who competed 5 times in American Ninja Warrior.
He first competed on American Ninja Warrior 2, in the qualifying course. He had a good run early but failed to scale the Soritatsu Kabe in three tries, not moving on.
In American Ninja Warrior 3, Moco's qualifying run was digested, but it was shown that he cleared the qualifier fast enough for 25th place, avenging his fail on the Soritatsu Kabe. In the semi-finals, his run was digested for a second time, but it was shown that he went out on just the second obstacle (the Log Grip), failing to move on to Boot Camp placing 30th overall.
Luis returned for the Northeast Regionals on American Ninja Warrior 4, managing to exact revenge on the Log Grip and place 10th in the qualifying round. He then went on to place second in the brutal Northeast Region finals, moving on to the National Finals. In the Vegas finals, Moco was taking on the course with a knee injury. He started strong, but re-injured his knee on the Giant Swing. The following obstacles put even more stress on his knee, and by the time he reached the Soritatsu Kabe, he did not have the energy to scale it, timing out there.
After a strong season, he returned to compete in the Baltimore regionals of American Ninja Warrior 5. He managed to navigate through the first four obstacles, but shockingly went out on the Circle Cross after failing to get enough momentum, and was not fast enough to move on.
In American Ninja Warrior 6, Luis had high hopes to complete the qualifying course in St. Louis after falling early the previous season in Baltimore. However, he shockingly made an early exit on the Rolling Maruta, just the 2nd obstacle on the course.
After a 2-year hiatus, Moco confirmed that he would be competing in Cleveland on American Ninja Warrior 9. His run was all cut, but it was revealed he failed the Ring Jump and did not move on.
